Leadership resources
Common Purpose is interested in all aspects of leadership -
when, what and how people choose to lead, and how they become
better at it. We are also interested in all leaders, from all
backgrounds; people at the beginning of their careers keen to
develop their leadership potential to those looking to use their
leadership skills in retirement.
Common Purpose conducts research regularly to ensure we continue
to develop our understanding of leadership and help leaders realise
their full potential by broadening their horizons and establishing
firm roots in their communities. We pass on what we learn in our
research reports, which are free to download on this site.
