In this film, Anita Roddick speaks of the charity's aim to develop a real sense of belonging, a framework of shared values, an integration of skills and a network of caring individuals who will be the leaders of tomorrow. She says: "leadership is preparing for the future - and we have to go out there and locate potential leadership and train them".

Dame Anita Roddick was a British entrepreneur, environmental and human rights activist and campaigner and the founder of 'global manufacturer and retailer of naturally inspired, ethically produced beauty and cosmetics products' - The Body Shop.
