Who are we looking for?

We are looking for pre-career leaders who have already shown evidence of leadership skills in civil society and want to enhance their knowledge and connections to continue producing real change in their future careers.

We value diversity on our programmes and positively encourage applications from pre-career leaders in all sections of the community, of varying education levels and those with or without work experience.
